- Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days and rarely later than 5 business days. We obtain real time shipping estimates from the carriers based on item weight. Shipping calculation is estimated and might not be 100% accurate. If the actual shipping cost is 15% more than the estimate, we will confirm the rate with you. Under special circumstance, we might use a different carrier than the one you selected with equivalent service class. In order to provide low prices, we do not offer free shipping.

- We will never share any of your personal information with an outside party except when necessary for processing payment and shipping. When checking out, your information is protected by SSL encryption.
- Returns & Replacements.
- Items may be returned or exchanged if they are different than the photos or descriptions on the website. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of arrival. Returning non-defective items is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Inspect the package package with the driver when receiving. If the package was damaged during shipping, have the driver make a damage note and report to us within 5 days of arrival. Please keep damaged items in the original packing box. We will file a damage claim with the carrier and send you a new replacement after they examine the damaged item and approve the claim.
